Prices
My prices for translations and proofreading are based on
• Text type
• Degree of difficulty
• Degree of specialization
• Requested delivery date.
I generally calculate the price for translations per word or standard line. For literary texts, we can also set fixed prices for standard pages. Here is a brief guide to help you estimate the length of your text:
One standard line is generally
60 characters, including spaces, for FI-DE
55 characters, including spaces, for EN-DE
55 characters, including spaces, for ES-DE.
A standard page is usually around 30 standard lines.
Proofreading, however, is calculated on an hourly basis.
As the prices depend on the parameters above, I can only set a price for a translation after seeing the text. Send me your text by e-mail and I would be happy to provide you with a non-binding quote.
I also charge language training at an hourly rate.
I’d be more than happy to provide you with a non-binding quote tailored to your needs.
